یا حبیب فوادی و المذکور فی قلبی قد سرتنی آیه الاقتدار و کدرنی سجن الابرار و

Translation:

Provisional translation

O Beloved of My heart and He Who is remembered in My soul! The verse of might hath gladdened Me, while the imprisonment of the righteous hath grieved Me [3.5s]
