Provisional translation

These are the verses of God, the All-Protecting, the Self-Subsisting, unto them that have believed in God and His signs, and who are among those that are in terror [3.5s]... ...And now, concerning thy question regarding the creation of man. Know thou that all men have been created in the nature made by God

Abstract:

Admonishes the believers not to deny Him, not to forget the Covenant established in the Bayán and in all the sacred Books, and not to contend with His verses. Answers three questions out of more than twenty that were asked: regarding the station of man -- that all were created in God's nature and have been assigned predetermined measures of capacities and capabilities, which manifest according to their individual efforts; regarding His own station, which is greater than the creation of the heavens and the earth; and regarding the station of His sons, one of whom which will be manifested "through the power of the true Faith".
