شهد الله رب العرش و الثری قبل خلق الوری انه لا اله الا هو الفرد الواحد

Translation:
Provisional translation
God, the Lord of the Throne and of the dust beneath, beareth witness, ere the creation of all beings, that there is none other God but Him, the Single, the One [3.5s]
