Translation:

Provisional translation

All things have testified that there is none other God but Him, and He Who hath come with the truth in the Kingdom of Utterance is, verily, the Dawning-Place of Revelation [3.5s]... ...If a person is willing to offer the Right of God, such offering should be received by the Trustees, to whom reference hath been made in the Book of God
