Provisional translation
Praise be unto Him Who, after His sanctification beyond all tongues, hath spoken, and Who, after His transcendence above all utterance, hath taught. He, verily, is the One Who [3.5s]... ...It hath been decreed that, if anyone should have a troubled dream and should thereby be grieved and saddened, he may recite this blessed verse… O Thou by Whose name the sea of joy moveth and the fragrance of happiness is wafted!
