Provisional translation
O Mihdi! The world is in turmoil, yet none hath discerned the cause thereof. Tribulation and affliction have encompassed the earth, which findeth no peace [3.5s]... ...There is no objection to offering for sale that which is donated in the name of Huquq…. Whoso desireth to offer Ḥuqúqu’lláh with the utmost joy and eagerness
