ان یا ایها السائل فاعلم بان حضر بین یدینا کتاب من الذی اشتعل بنار الله و وجدنا فیه

O thou who dost inquire! Know thou that there hath appeared before Us a letter from one who hath been enkindled with the fire of God, and therein We found [3.5s]... ...It hath been decreed by Us that the Word of God and all the potentialities thereof shall be manifested unto men in strict conformity with such conditions
