Thy letter, which was dated the twelfth of the sacred month of Muharram, hath been received and hath attained unto the presence of its Lord [3.5s]... ...The purpose of learning should be the promotion of the welfare of the people, and this can be achieved through crafts… The one true God—exalted be His glory—hath ever been and will continue to be exalted above every expression of praise
