حمد مالک وجود و سلطان غیب و شهود را لایق و سزاست که بیک تجلی از تجلیات نیر

Translation:
Provisional translation
Praise be unto Him Who is the Lord of existence and the Sovereign of the seen and the unseen, Who is worthy and befitting of all glorification through a single effulgence from amongst the effulgences of His Light [3.5s]... ...It behoveth the loved ones of God to occupy themselves under all circumstances with that which is conducive to the edification of human souls... O Nasr! Upon thee be the glory of God, the Lord of Providence
