Provisional translation
O Muhammad-`Ali, hearken to this proclamation from thy Lord, at a time when He desireth to depart out from among ye by reason of what the hands of the oppressors have wrought
Abstract:
Declares the divinity of His station, rebukes the followers of the Báb for plotting against Him, and announces His temporary retirement from the community.
