فسبحان الذی نزل الایات بالحق و سینزل کیف یشاء و انه هو الحق لا اله الا هو

Translation:

Provisional translation

Glorified be He Who hath sent down the verses in truth and Who will continue to send them down as He pleaseth. He, verily, is the Truth; there is no God but Him [3.5s]
