Abstract:
Recounts the sufferings endured by Bahá’u’lláh and His followers; avows their innocence; reminds the Emperor of two pronouncements he had made on behalf of the oppressed and the helpless; and calls upon him to inquire into the condition of those who have been wronged, including Bahá’u’lláh and His fellow exiles.
