ان یا علی قد سمعنا ندائک و اطلعنا بما فی قلبک من حب الله ربک و رب العالمین و

Translation:

Provisional translation

O Ali! We have indeed heard thy call and have become apprised of what lieth within thy heart of the love of God, thy Lord and the Lord of all worlds [3.5s]
