Official translation
The Ancient Tongue speaks what which will satisfy the wise in the absence of doctors. O People, do not eat except when you are hungry… Thy name is my healing, O my God, and remembrance of Thee is my remedy

Relates various items of medical and dietary advice—paraphrasing in part a chapter from Náṣíf al-Yázijí’s Majma‘u’l-Baḥrayn, a popular literary work of the time—and concludes with a prayer for healing.
