ان یا علی قد ماج بحر الاعظم و یسمع من کل قطره منه انه لا اله الا هو الواحد

Translation:

Provisional translation

O Ali! Verily the Most Great Ocean hath surged, and from every drop thereof is heard: "There is none other God but Him, the One" [3.5s]
