Provisional translation

When the Tongue of God spoke within all things, proclaiming: "Verily, I am alive in this horizon which hath appeared in truth and hath been named..." [3.5s]... ...O people! I swear by the one true God! This is the Ocean out of which all seas have proceeded, and with which every one of them will ultimately be united
