ان یا علی فاشهد فی نفسک و ذاتک و روحک بانه هو الله لا اله الا انا العزیز

Translation:

Provisional translation

O Ali! Bear thou witness in thyself, in thine essence and in thy spirit, that verily He is God, there is no God but Me, the Mighty One [3.5s]
