سبحان الذی نزل الایات بالحق انه ما من اله الا هو له الخلق و الامر یحکم ما یشاء بامر

Translation:
Provisional translation
Glorified be He Who hath sent down the verses in truth. Verily, there is no God but Him. His is the creation and the command. He ordaineth whatsoever He willeth by His command [3.5s]
