حمد و ثنا مالک وجود و سلطان غیب و شهود را لایق و سزاست که ظلم ظالمین و سطوت

Translation:
Provisional translation
Praise and glory beseem Him Who is the Lord of existence and the Sovereign of the seen and the unseen, Who hath been assailed by the tyranny of the oppressors and the might [3.5s]... ...O God, my God! Thou seest Thy loved ones turning their hearts to Thee, and holding fast unto the cord of Thy ordinances and laws
