ان یا جواد اردنا ان نجری لک کوثر الحیوان فی اللوح الذی به علق حیوه من فی

Translation:
Provisional translation
O Javad! Verily, We have desired to cause the Kawthar of Life to flow forth for thee in this Tablet, whereby life was bestowed upon all who dwell therein [3.5s]... ...Glory be unto Thee, O Thou Who art the Lord of all creation and King of things visible and invisible! I entreat Thee by Him Who is the Desire of the heavens and earth
