نور انزله الرحمن و بعثه علی هیئه اللوح و جعله بشاره من عنده الی من فی

Translation:

The light which the All-Merciful hath sent down and revealed in the form of a Tablet, ordaining it as glad-tidings from His presence unto those who dwell [3.5s]
