قد حضر عبد من عباد الله بکتابکم و قراه لدی المظلوم سمعنا و اجبناک بما یحبه منه

Translation:

Provisional translation

One of the servants of God presented thy letter and read it before the Wronged One. We heard it and respond unto thee with that which He loveth [3.5s]
