قد قرانا کتابک و عرفنا بما فیه فاعلم بانا ما اردنا للعباد شیئا الا و هو خیر لهم عما

We have indeed perused thy letter and comprehended what is therein. Know thou that We desire for the servants naught save that which is better for them than ought else [3.5s]
