ک د انا اردنا ان نذکر ما نطق به لسان فوادک فی سر السر ان ربک هو السمیع البصار

Translation:
Provisional translation
Verily, We desired to set forth that which the tongue of thy heart hath uttered in the most secret sanctuary, for thy Lord is indeed the All-Hearing, the All-Seeing [3.5s]
