ان یا مهدی قد حضر بین یدینا کتابک و اطلعنا بما فیه و اجبناک بهذا اللوح لیفرح

Translation:
Provisional translation
O Mihdi! Thy letter hath indeed come before Us, and We have taken cognizance of that which it containeth, and have answered thee through this Tablet, that thou mayest rejoice [3.5s]
