شهد الله انه لا اله الا هو له الملک و الملکوت و العظمة و الجبروت یفعل ما اراد بسلطانه و یحکم یا یرید

Translation:

Provisional translation

God testifieth that there is none other God but Him. His are the Kingdom and the Dominion, the Majesty and the Power. He doeth whatsoever He willeth through His sovereignty, and decreeth as He pleaseth [3.5s]
