سبحان الذی نزل الایات بالحق لقوم یفقهون انه ما من اله الا هو له الخلق و الامر و کل بأمره یعملون ان یا عبد اسمع

Translation:
Provisional translation
Glorified be He Who hath sent down the verses in truth unto a people who understand. There is no God but Him; His is the creation and the command, and all act according to His bidding. O servant, hearken [3.5s]
