شهد الله انه لا اله الا هو و الذی اتی من افق الاقتدار برایات الایات انه هو مشرق عنایته

Translation:

Provisional translation

God testifieth that there is none other God but Him, and He Who hath appeared from the horizon of might with the banners of His verses is, verily, the Dawning-Place of His tender mercy [3.5s]
