شهد الله انه لا اله الا هو و الذی اتی انه لهو المذکور فی کتب الله رب العالمین

Translation:

Provisional translation

God testifieth that there is none other God but Him, and He Who hath come, verily He is the One mentioned in the Books of God, the Lord of all worlds [3.5s]... ...Every Prophet hath announced the coming of this Day, and every Messenger hath groaned in His yearning for this Revelation
