یا ایها الناظر الی الوجه قد سمعنا ندائک و اجبناک بهذا اللوح الذی اشرق من افق

Translation:

Provisional translation

O thou who gazest upon the Countenance! We have indeed heard thy call and have answered thee through this Tablet which hath shone forth from the horizon [3.5s]
