ان یا رضا فارض بما رضی الله و لاتکن مریبا فی امره ثم انطق بین الارض و السماء بما

Translation:
Provisional translation
O Riḍá! Be thou content with that which God hath ordained, and be not thou of them that doubt His Cause. Then speak forth betwixt earth and heaven with that which [3.5s]
