شهد الله انه لا اله الا هو و الذی اتی علی السحاب انه لهو الموعود فی الکتب و

Translation:

God testifieth that there is none other God but Him, and that He Who hath come upon the clouds is verily the Promised One foretold in the Books [3.5s]
