ان یا حسن اسمع ندآء الحسین عن شطر هذا السجن العظیم تالله قد ورد علیه ما

Provisional translation

O Hasan! Hearken unto the Call of Husayn Who hath been incarcerated in the Prison Fortress of ’Akká by reason of that which the hands of the heedless have wrought.
