یا ایها المقبل الی افقی اسمع ندائی من شطر سجنی انه لا اله الا هو الفرد الواحد

Translation:

Provisional translation

O thou who hast turned thy face towards Mine horizon! Hearken unto My call from the precincts of My prison. Verily, there is none other God but Him, the Single, the One [3.5s]
