یا محمود قد توجه الیک المعبود من هذا المقام المحمود و یذکرک بما یتضوع به عرف عنایه

Provisional translation

O Mahmud! The Adored One hath turned toward thee from this praiseworthy station and maketh mention of thee with that which diffuseth the fragrance of His loving-kindness [3.5s]
