قد اخذنا الرحیق بید الاقتدار الذی کان مختوما فی ازل الازال فلما فککنا ختمه تضوع عرف

Translation:

Provisional translation

We have, with the hand of might, imbibed the pure wine that was sealed in the eternal realms of pre-existence, and when We broke its seal, its fragrance was diffused [3.5s]
