یا محمد قبل علی یذکرک المظلوم کما ذکرک من قبل انه لا اله الا هو الفرد الواحد

Translation:

Provisional translation

O Muhammad-'Alí! The Wronged One maketh mention of thee even as He mentioned thee before. Verily, there is none other God but Him, the Single, the One [3.5s]
