شهد الله انه لا اله الا هو المقتدر علی ما یشاء ینزل بسلطانه ما یکون ماء الحیوان

Translation:

Provisional translation

God testifieth that there is none other God but Him, the All-Powerful over whatsoever He willeth. Through His sovereignty He sendeth down that which is the Water of Life [3.5s]
