قد حضر لدی الوجه خاتم فیه نقش اسمک لذا نطق علی ذکرک لسان الذی جعله الله مطلع

Translation:

Provisional translation

He who is the Countenance hath indeed appeared before Me, bearing a ring engraved with Thy name, whereupon the Tongue, ordained by God as the Dayspring, spoke in thy remembrance [3.5s]
