قد قرئنا کتابک و قدرنا لک ما سئلت به الله ربک و رب العالمین و رقم لک... ای ربّ لک الحمد علی ما اسمعتنی ندائک

Translation:

Provisional translation

We have read thy letter and have ordained for thee that which thou didst ask of God, thy Lord and the Lord of all worlds, and inscribed for thee [3.5s]... ...Magnified be Thy name, O Lord my God, inasmuch as Thou hast inclined mine ear to Thy voice, and called me to Thyself
