ان السحاب ینادی باعلی الندآء بین الارض و السماء و یقول یا قوم تالله قد اتی

Translation:

Provisional translation

Verily, the clouds cry out with most exalted call between earth and heaven, saying: "O people! By God, He hath come!" [3.5s]
