ان یا احباء الرحمن ان استمعوا الندآء من شطر القضاء انه لا اله الا هو البهی

Translation:
Provisional translation
O ye beloved of the All-Merciful! Hearken unto the Call from the precincts of destiny - verily, there is no God but Him, the Most Resplendent [3.5s]
