ح س نشهد ان عینک فازت بما خلقت له و اذنک سمعت ندآء المظلوم فی هذا السجن العظیم

Translation:

Provisional translation

We testify that thine eye hath attained unto that for which it was created, and thine ear hath hearkened to the voice of the Wronged One in this Great Prison [3.5s]
