شهد الله انه لا اله الا هو و الذی یقول انه لهو الذی قال فی ازل الازال اننی

Translation:

Provisional translation

God testifieth that there is none other God but Him, and verily He Who speaketh is He Who proclaimed in the eternity of eternities: "Verily I am" [3.5s]
