یا قاسم یذکرک مولی الانام فی ایامه و یبشرک بهذا الظهور الذی فیه ینطق مکلم

Translation:

O Qasim! The Lord of all mankind maketh mention of thee in His days and beareth thee glad-tidings of this Revelation wherein He Who converseth doth speak [3.5s]
