قل یا ملاء البیان اسمعوا ندائی حین الذی قد صعد طیر الاحدیه الی هوآء قدس منیر ثم انقطع

Translation:

Provisional translation

Say: O people of the Bayán! Hearken unto My call at the time when the Bird of Oneness winged its flight unto the luminous atmosphere of sanctity and was cut off [3.5s]
