یا علی قد ذکرک من احبنی و اقبل الی افقی ذکرناک بما فاح به عرف الرحمن فی

Translation:

Provisional translation

O Ali! He who hath loved Me and turned towards My horizon hath made mention of thee. We have remembered thee with that through which the fragrance of the All-Merciful hath been diffused [3.5s]
