شهد الله انه لا اله الا هو له العظمه و الاقتدار یفعل ما یشاء و یحکم ما یرید و هو العلیم الخبیر

Translation:
Provisional translation
God testifieth that there is none other God but Him. His is the majesty and the power. He doeth whatsoever He willeth and ordaineth whatsoever He pleaseth. He is, in truth, the All-Knowing, the All-Informed [3.5s]
