شهد الله انه لا اله الا هو و الذی ظهر انه لهو البحر الاعظم بین العالم طوبی لمن سرع

Translation:

Provisional translation

God beareth witness that there is none other God but Him, and He Who hath appeared is verily the Most Great Ocean amidst the worlds. Blessed is he who hasteneth [3.5s]
