فسبحان الذی نزل الایات بالحق و انه ما من اله الا هو له الخلق و الامر یحی و یمیت

Translation:

Provisional translation

Glorified be He Who hath revealed the verses in truth! Verily, there is no God but Him. His is the creation and command; He giveth life and causeth death [3.5s]
